inFORM Decisions’ iSign enables to digitally capture signatures on iSeries forms. Then it allows users to apply these electronic signatures to any business documents and digitally load these signed documents into any third Document Management System or a document storage and retrieval product.
User Manager
At the top of the page click , then to administer user profiles. To add a user, choose the button. You may also edit or delete a user.

Usage
Log in
Point the browser at the /iSign/Login.jsp page to log in as a user:
Quickly log in:
Select Queue
Select a queue to work with:
Look over the queue contents
and click to open a document you want to digitally capture signatures on iSeries forms.
Sign the Document
Use whatever your device supports to sign the document.
Here are buttons you can use:
to select the pencil color: black, red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple...

to activate the pencil for signing

to clear the signature from the document

The order of action of a document is:
- Sign
- Save
- Optionally Change page and repeat first three steps until finished.
- Optionally email
- Optionally print
- Done
