Alltrade uses iMail and iPDF

Alltrade, a Long Beach, California-based firm founded in 1979  is privately held with global manufacturing and sales facilities serving customers all over the world.

Alltrade was running smoothly until autumn 2007, when one of its customers mandated email notification of return authorizations, which its current solution didn't support.

For printing bar codes and specific documents like invoices, bills of lading, etc, Alltrade had selected inFORM Decisions' solutions including  iMail and iPDF.

A year later, Alltrade  has reduced entry errors and can keep electronic copies of reports and documents instead of paper ones. The implementation also has allowed  the company to forgo tracking documents manually. Roberts says Alltrade  is looking into implementing iView  inFORM Decisions for full document storage and retrieval.
